Ado Furlanetto was born in Treviso in 1945. He began his artistic activity in 1977 painting extremely stripped-down figurative landscapes,

dominated by the presence of the sky. Attracted by informal painting, after continuous research, he arrived at a sort of lyrical abstractionism.

He has been exhibiting since 1979, obtaining acclaim from the public and critics, both in Italy and abroad. In the same year he began to participate in various national and international competitions, immediately receiving recognition and winning prestigious prizes.

His works are permanent in museums and in public and private collections in Italy, Europe and the United States of America (USA).

Since 2016 he has collaborated with the fashion house "Le Terre del Vento" of Treviso who have replicated fabrics with his works to create unique garments.

The "IL Roncal" estate has created three collector's labels with three of its works for the 2017, 2018 and 2021 signature Magnums.
